This site, mikhayilyurd.com, is run by Mikhail Yurd. It collects only the data you choose to leave in its forms, and uses it only for the purpose you left it for.

What is collected

• Order form: your name, e-mail, phone, country, city, address, the book and the number of copies. Used to contact you about delivery and payment. No online payment is taken on this site.
• Contact form: your name, e-mail, subject and message. Used to answer you.
• Newsletter: your e-mail and the language of the site you subscribed from. Used to send occasional letters. Every letter carries an unsubscribe link.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in the site's own storage (Netlify) and sent by e-mail through Resend to the author's mailbox. Nothing is sold or passed to third parties for their own purposes.

Cookies

The public pages set no cookies. The administration area uses one session cookie for the site owner only.

Your rights

You can ask what data is held about you, have it corrected or deleted, or unsubscribe at any time by writing to the general contact address on the Contact page.
